HOME USE
Cold Shower
We recommend a 15-degree Celsius (cold) shower for 3 minutes, followed by gradually increasing the temperature up over a 2-minute period.
Why do we do this?
Cold shock can occur at 15 degrees, promoting cold shock protein synthesis, while also providing the benefits of increased circulation and metabolism. The main benefit lies in the neurological effects, ranging from increased endorphins to improved mental focus and a reduction in depression.
This temperature is also considered the safest when negatively shocking the system.

Cryotherapy Chamber
Our Cryotherapy systems are fully bespoke, built, and installed to meet any requirements, from a one-man system to an unlimited size. Our systems can reach -20 degrees Celsius, mimicking the temperature at Everest camp 2. They are the very first of their kind to monitor individuals using thermal imaging.
Why only -20 degrees?
Our equipment is not based on what everyone else is doing but on actual evidence. To gain the benefits from cryotherapy, we must induce a hypothermic response, which can only be achieved by lowering the body core temperature to 35-32 degrees Celsius.
At -20 degrees, this response will take approximately 7 minutes, depending on body composition, and we can observe the point at which the hypothermic response actually occurs.
However, if you require a system with a temperature of -110 degrees, we can still build this as a custom solution.
